Who to contact

SARL DUBOIS, which operates Résidence Courcelle, is responsible for the personal data processing it carries out for enquiries and managing stays. Address: 4 rue Édouard-Vaillant, 92300 Levallois-Perret. Contact: contact@residencecourcelle.com.

Browsing and cookies

This informational website does not contain advertising. You do not need a customer account to browse it. Booking remains available regardless of your choice about audience measurement.

The hosting provider, o2switch, may record technical connection information, including the IP address, date, requested URL and errors, to keep the service working and secure. This processing serves the legitimate interest of protecting the website.

Measuring visits and booking clicks

Only with your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures page views and clicks that open the D-EDGE booking engine. A click is not a confirmed reservation. The stay guide is excluded from this measurement.

Before you consent, no Google measurement script is loaded and no data is sent to Google by this integration. Accepting and declining are equally simple, and you can withdraw your consent through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

The configured events share the page, button location and accommodation category viewed, without names, email addresses, room numbers, stay dates or message contents. After consent, the first measured page and the category leading to the availability form are kept in the browser session for up to 30 minutes of inactivity. They help explain the journey, but do not prove a booking was made. After consent, Google also receives the technical data needed to provide the service and a browser identifier: this data is not anonymous.

After consent, a technical identifier may be added to the link to secure-hotel-booking.com to connect your website visit with your D-EDGE journey and retain its source, such as Google. The booking engine applies its own privacy settings: your choice on this website does not constitute consent to any advertising trackers it may use. This website never treats a click as a confirmed booking.

Your choice is stored in your browser for six months, without a personal identifier attached to that choice. These measurement cookies expire after no more than 180 days, without being automatically extended at each visit. The Residence and Google receive the measurement data; processing may involve transfers outside the European Union. See Google’s privacy policy and data processing terms.

Searching for and booking a stay

Your selected dates are sent to D-EDGE when you check availability. You then enter guest details and the information needed for booking in the secure engine. This data is used to prepare and fulfil your reservation.

The informational pages do not collect your bank card number. Read the booking engine’s payment conditions and privacy information before confirming your reservation.

Help requests and messages

Information entered in the stay help page remains on the page until you send a message. The contact button opens your messaging app: no text message is sent automatically. Your accommodation number and additional details are optional, but help the team understand your request.

When you send an email or text message, the Residence receives the contact details and content you choose to send. They are used to respond to your request or manage your stay. Do not send passwords, access codes or bank card details.

Recipients and retention

Depending on your request, information is processed by the Residence team and the necessary service providers: hosting, booking, payment or messaging. Links to maps and other external services open websites with their own privacy policies.

The required retention period depends on the processing: responding to and following up enquiries, fulfilling a stay, meeting legal retention requirements or handling a dispute. You can ask for the information applicable to your situation using the contact details above.

Exercising your rights

Depending on the processing involved, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and exercise your right to object. Write to contact@residencecourcelle.com or to the Residence’s postal address, explaining your request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
