Planning your arrival
Self check-in,
with clear instructions.
The Residence has no reception desk. Instructions are sent before your stay, and the Ariane kiosk allows self check-in at any time from 3 pm on your arrival day. The housekeeping and maintenance team is on site from 10 am to 6 pm.
When you arrive
Go to the lobby and follow the instructions on the Ariane kiosk to collect your access from 3 pm, including late at night.
On departure day
Check-out is before noon. Tourist tax is shown separately at payment.

Essentials are included in every apartment, with additional options for families and longer stays.
Breakfast
€8 per person, ordered when booking. Your basket is delivered to your accommodation between 4 pm and 6 pm the day before, ready for the following morning.
Cleaning & longer stays
Cleaning is scheduled every three days. Contact the Residence if you have any particular requests during a longer stay.
Connected & comfortable
High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included in every apartment, whether you are working or relaxing.
Make yourself at home
Every apartment has a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. A hob and kitchen utensils are provided, except in Échappée Terrasse.

Arriving by car?
The privately operated So Ouest car park is independent of the Residence, around a five-minute walk away. The Residence does not have its own parking spaces.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Self check-in is available at any time from 3 pm on your arrival day, including late at night. Instructions are sent before your stay; the Ariane kiosk lets you collect your access. Check-out is before noon.
Is there a reception desk?
The Residence has no reception desk. You check in independently using the instructions sent before your stay. The housekeeping and maintenance team is on site from 10 am to 6 pm; this is not a reception service.
How can I change or cancel a booking?
Conditions depend on your chosen rate: check them before booking and in your confirmation. The flexible rate allows changes or cancellation free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. The non-refundable rate cannot be changed. If you booked through an intermediary, please contact them directly.
How are payment and tourist tax presented?
The secure D-EDGE booking engine shows the total and payment conditions before confirmation. Tourist tax is shown separately at payment. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
How often is the accommodation cleaned?
Cleaning is scheduled every three days. Please contact the Residence for any additional request or particular needs during a longer stay.
How does breakfast work?
The breakfast basket costs €8 per person and is ordered when booking. It is delivered to your accommodation between 4 pm and 6 pm the day before, ready to enjoy the following morning.
Which accommodation should I choose for a family stay?
The one-bedroom Family Apartment sleeps up to four guests, with a 140 cm double bed in a separate bedroom and a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room. A cot can be provided in the family studios and the Family Apartment: please let us know before you arrive.Discover the Family Apartment

Is the Residence in Paris?
Résidence Courcelle is in Levallois-Perret, just outside Paris, not within the Paris city limits. Louise Michel metro station (line 3) is around a seven-minute walk away; Clichy–Levallois station (line L) is around a thirteen-minute walk away.
